And I wanted to do this very special show with you today on three key ways to create great and lasting change in the new year. So you can hear the birds all around. I’m actually shooting this on our land in Hawaii in this rising morning energy with you can feel the birds and the nature really starting to wake up. Maybe you can hear some of the bullfrogs, which me and my kids see so often. And it just feels so alive here. I really wanted to share this energy with you, particularly for doing this show.

Okay, so today’s show is going to be these three key ways of how you can really move into this new year with a different sort of perspective and shift and going into it feeling really clear. And so it’s these days, you know, leading up to New Year’s, around New Year’s, depending when you listen to this.
And these are great ones to pair with the at-home retreat as well. So the first one is to really ask yourself and spend time reflecting in stillness and silence. What will bring me forward this year in my expression, in my purpose, in my voice, in what I want to create. And it sounds really simple to ask this question, but a lot of us don’t.
deeply consider that this could create, this could, this could mean something very different than your life situation right now. And so we need space to really dig into it. So I’ll use myself with a personal example. I have been writing book after book for 10 years, more than 10 years now. There’s been eight books in just over 10 years. And it’s always been this, almost this like propelled energy of, you know,
the next one’s done and I already have an idea before I’ve even published the next one and it’s always been the written word, the written word. I’m very excited about the written word. And I love books, don’t get me wrong. And I totally am psyched to keep promoting The Hidden Power, The Five Hearts, my latest book, and Chilla Gorilla, and so on and so forth. But there’s something different when I really start to consider what does my soul call for right now and in this new year.
And I got a very different answer from my heart. My mind can say, you know, another book, like, you know, the publisher’s already asking, just go that way. It’s what you know, it’s what you love. But when I really sat with it over the past few weeks and considered and just waited in the space for something to really rise up, I got a very different answer. And it was that I love programs. I love products. I love creating things that can help groups of people.

When I was doing client work, I loved it as well, but it was so individual. was that one person, and maybe it’s the Aquarius in me. I always wanted to work on a broader scale. And so one of the products of this is the At Home Heart Retreat. I loved our four-week heart reset, which we did around the book launch a couple months ago. It was incredible to be with a couple thousand people in this program. So that is what I really want to pour energy into this year. I want to put energy back into Saluna.
I’m looking forward to creating more products. There’s gonna be more powders. Besides our Glow-In-Greens powder, there’s gonna be more things to come. So this year, I really made a decision. I’m not going to be writing a new book. And this is a really big deal. And you know, it just feels amazing. And it feels like once I decided it was like a liveness. So I asked you to consider in your life, where have you just sort of been going along with what you’ve always done? This could be in your job.
This could be in a relationship, this could be in your schedule. Where are you being pulled to try something different? It could be a new workout routine. It could be a completely different schedule. It could be moving deeper into a relationship or deeper into a friendship or moving out of a maybe toxic roommate situation or a toxic relationship or deciding that you do want to transition out of a job.
or to create a side project which eventually could become the primary part of your life. But you need to really go in and you could, you know, walk, find walks or just times in stillness, journal after you do a heart aligned meditation and really consider because it could be something that, you know, fear clouds or, you know, if you don’t give yourself space, you could just keep plowing ahead into the new year and beyond doing the same old thing.
and we want to create great and lasting change. We need to see the inner guidance that will move us into the direction that our soul is calling us to. It’s not gonna come from a heady place. It’s gonna come from your heart. It’s gonna come from deep inside of you. And it’s not something you can explain to other people. And it’s not something that you have to explain to other people. This is something that you don’t have to justify. It’s a deep inner knowing, and it does require carving out time for stillness and silence.

which is why I recommend going on a walk, even if it’s a half hour here and there, finding time to yourself, to journal, just to be alone, taking a really long bath, because when there’s lots of noise from others, lots of conversation, lots of different ideas, then we don’t get to hear as much. me. All right. Number two is purge.
And I left a broadcast note about this on my Instagram broadcast channel. If you’re of the channel, I leave little voice notes all during the week. I encourage you to join on my page at underscore Kimberly Snyder. It’s very intimate. It’s very nice. It’s another great way to connect. When I say purge, it’s like clearing the space around you, including in your body through something like detoxing because we need to get rid of clutter.
for new to arise. It’s sort of like we clear out weeds for new growth to come up. And this is very alive for me right now. I just got a new handsaw and I’ve been purging the tiny little and medium sized scrub trees all over our land. I didn’t really tune into them for the first few years we were here. I sort of had this attitude that everything belongs here. You know, I don’t want to kill anything. But then you start to realize.
that invasive trees and weeds actually hurt the native land. It’s like squeezing out the resources, squeezing it out of the soil. And it’s very unhealthy. And so we need to clear. So I’ve been alive with this hours every day, just sawing and by hand, no electricity, clearing with the kids, you know, taking all the excess waste out. And it’s felt really amazing.
And on an energetic level, doing that leading up to New Year’s feels, you know, just enlivening for my soul. And I can feel all these new ideas coming inside of me. So when you consider purging for yourself in your life, it could be cleaning out your kitchen. It could be,

cleaning out a closet, donating old clothes, really cleaning out your freezer where things could be in there for a very long time, cleaning out your desktop so when you open up your computer there’s not a million old files sitting there staring at you. Really purging and with intention that you’re not just doing it to do it, do work, so the saying is, because you’re intentionally clearing energy in your life.
and making space to listen to your heart, to listen to the wisdom that’s coming up, to listen to the inner guidance and to follow that. So consider where you can purge and do it the next few days. The number three, detox and nourish your body. So this is a time for both. There’s times where we really want to detox.
and there’s times where we really want to nourish and rebuild. And I believe this is a time for both. What I mean by that is detoxing is cleansing, especially your GI tract. We’ll be doing more of this at the at-home retreat because we’re going to be using some of the saloonas supplements to cleanse in conjunction with these mono-eating and certain recipes that are really great for enhancing digestion so it works in tandem.
so that you can cleanse down to a tissue level, a cellular level. We are embodied beings. And so if we want to embody the highest frequency and energy and vibration of the heart, we need our bodies to align with that. And that’s how we create lasting change. The naysayers, the distractions, the old habits, the old patterns don’t hold the power over us. So we need to get our bodies so resilient.
The nourishing part means we need strength. Our bones need, you know, strength, our muscles, our tissues. We need healthy fats. We need minerals. We need all this incredible energy from the beautiful plants around us. This is one of the reasons I created the glowing greens powder, which I have every day to strengthening on Malaki. I’ve also been having lots of avocados. I’m really feeling called to a lot of fats right now. Lots of nuts.
Lots of pistachios, cashews, almonds, all of these amazing foods just feel so resilient and for the strength, this nourishment that we need to carry forward our own vision, because no one is going to carry the vision forward except for us. Right? We are the own. It’s like the vision quest comes now and then it’s up to us to be.
the heart warriors in our own life to make sure that we don’t get off our Dharma. We don’t get off our purpose. We don’t get distracted. So some of the nourishing foods, as I mentioned, the avocados, the nuts, the stews and the soups, the curries, lots of coconut milk. Even, you know, this power protein smoothie right now is really wonderful. I’ve been drinking that quite a bit as well. And just anything that you feel intuitively is nourishing you down to the bones.
Last night I just was like, huh, I’m still hungry. It’s kind of late, but I made a lentil carrot kale soup and I could just intuitively feel like my body needs, I need soup right now. It needs lentils. So I encourage you to really connect with what feels organic and good for you. So I’m to keep this solo cast quite concise today because these are three key points that I really just want you to reflect on.

as we head towards new year and to take action on. So number one, consider what is the thing that will make me most alive to carry my own personal expression, my personal growth, my personal purpose and voice forward this year, not being fearful that it could be radically different. Take, the space around considering that. Sit with that question, go on a walk, ask yourself the question, go on a walk or go into a meditation. Do your heart aligned meditation. Ask your heart and see what comes up.
could be really quite different. Like for me, deciding not to write a new book this year, but to focus, put the energy back into Saluna and back into these incredible programs. See what your heart leads you to. Number two, purge. could be one or multiple places in your life, in your physical space, in your body by taking detoxing, on your computer, in your bathroom, in your kitchen, in your yard, as I have cleared the land and just felt really
connected and that I’m ready for the best things to grow in the healthiest way. So the intention feels very powerful. And then number three, detox and nourish your body. Get your gut microbiome and check, get the junk foods and the processed foods out and bring in the nourishing foods, the healthy fats, the minerals, the nuts, the lentils, the vegetables, the greens and so on, because we need our bodies to guide us and to be our temples.
