This week’s topic is: How To Create the Foundation for Becoming Your True Self
We can think about the True Self in many different ways, the authentic part of us, the expanded part of us, the formless part of us. However, today I want to keep things really simple. We’re going to be talking about foundational things. In simple terms, we can say that tapping into your True Self is a way to really raise your self-esteem and to feel good just being who you are.
Today I want to talk about our Four Cornerstones of food, body, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual growth. How we create this foundation so that we continue to grow in living life, feeling more peaceful, more fulfilled moment to moment. True self-esteem is that we’re not in fear all the time.
We’re not questioning things. We’re not in our heads. When we could be enjoying a simple moment like lunch with our family or being outside on a walk, it really is about more freedom. And so it’s these simple practices that we start to live day in and day out that start to give us this foundation. And then before long, we start to realize that we’re feeling more relaxed. We’re feeling more open, we’re feeling more peaceful.
We want to remove these ideas of overwhelm that we have to change everything at once and that we have to do this complete overhaul, because it’s really not true. It’s just about aligning bit by bit more by more as we continue this journey and we grow and we evolve.

Kimberly: 00:00 Hi Beauties and welcome to our Thursday Q&A podcast where our topic this week is How To Create the Foundation for Becoming Your True Self. So we can think about the true self in many different ways, the authentic part of us, the expanded part of us, the formless part of us. But today I wanna keep things really, really simple. We’re gonna be talking about foundational things. So really in, in simple terms, we can say that tapping into your true self is a way to really raise your self esteem and to feel good just being who you are. And so today I wanna talk about our cornerstones food body, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual growth. How do we create this foundation so that we continue to grow in just living life, feeling more peaceful, feeling more fulfilled moment to moment. You know, that’s really like true self-esteem is that we’re not in the fear all the time.
Kimberly: 00:56 We’re not questioning things. And then we building and building. So we wanna remove feelings of, or these ideas of overwhelm that we have to change everything at once that we have to do this complete overhaul, because it’s really not true. It’s just about aligning bit by bit more by more as we continue this journey and we grow and we evolve. So I’m really excited to get into our show today. We have wonderful questions.

Kimberly: 01:48 I see here now from all around the world, but before we do, I just want to, uh, remind you to encourage you to please leave a review, both for the podcast and also for the new book, you are more than you think you are. If you’ve had a chance to read it, reviews are one of those funny things in the modern world. They are important their way for us to all use our voice and our expression to show support. So I would really appreciate the support for the show, for the book, with your reviews. Thank you so much in advance, and please be sure to subscribe to, and that way you don’t miss out on any of these community shows or our solocast and interviews, which are on Mondays.

Kimberly: 02:38 And finally, I just mentioned in the new book and as far as reviews, but please be sure to pick up a copy. Now, if you haven’t yet already it’s available. Wherever books are sold, Amazon Barnes and noble target, so on and so forth. And I think that you’ll really appreciate the practices and the tools that I share in the book, which of course I have much more space to go deeper into, um, besides our podcast here. So thank you so much in advance for all those things. And yeah, I’m just really excited that we’re here together, we’re in community and we’re in communication. And so thank you so much for your questions. I encourage you to keep them coming and you can submit them on the show. Um, sorry, on the website of masa.com, uh, which is probably the best place as well. Also on social at _KimberlySnyder on my Instagram, you could also submit them. So again, creating the foundation for becoming your true self means, you know, in simple terms, you’re just living authentically.
Kimberly: 03:36 You’re not in your head, you’re not in self-doubt all the time. You’re not in the fear. You have a healthy level of self-esteem meaning you’re not overthinking things, you’re just living your life. So that’s really the goal. I think keep things simple, keep things clear. This is where joy comes from. I think it comes from this simple, powerful way of living where we’re truly present where in this moment and life just flows more and more.
Question #1 around the topic of: How To Create the Foundation for Becoming Your True Self: I love what you’re sharing on Solluna Kimberly and would like to know a good place to start as I’m just going through all your offerings and want to keep it simple so I avoid overwhelm.
Kimberly: 03:36 So our first question comes from Marta who lives in Spain? Hi, hi, my Spanish beauty Marta writes, I love what you’re sharing on Sal Luna, Kimberly, and I would like to know a good place to start as I’m just going through all of your offerings and I wanna keep it simple. So I avoid overwhelm. So Marta, I think this is such a beautiful, beautiful question. And it’s important that we do come back to basics.
Kimberly: 04:28 So when we’re looking to create sustainable change, where how I have always worked and what has worked the best for me, what I’ve seen worked the best within myself, my life, and as well as my clients and the P people I’ve worked with personally is to start from the foundation up. So we start with the morning up, we start with the practices that take place within the first hour of waking. And then what we do over time is we just incorporate a couple steps and then we can incorporate more and then we can build, and then we move towards mid-morning and then lunch, and then mid afternoon and dinner, and then evening and so on and so forth. And the way that we work this way is because energy builds over time. So when we’re starting at the beginning of the day, we’re laying a track for energy to continue to build and to form and to shape your day, your mindset, your digestion, your moods everyth, it starts to build from this place, this foundational place.
Kimberly: 05:28 So in the very basic sense, Marta, your morning routine could be really simple. It could be two parts, drink, hot water with lemon and do one of our practical enlightenment meditations. This is the simplest place to start. And the reason that I encourage these two steps is number one, it doesn’t take a lot of outside effort. You can buy a bag of Levits. You can have them there for, you know, over a week and you don’t have to prepare much. You can cut a lemon in half heat up the water drink that, and that part of the morning routine allows you to start connecting to this present moment. There’s something about hot water and heat that brings you into your body. This is part of the AIC teachings. It starts to ignite digestion. It starts to get things flowing in your body. You’re also giving yourself, uh, vitamin C and digestive enzymes and things that start to feel really nourishing on a deep level.
Kimberly: 06:27 The second part is meditation because we want to balance our outer focus with the body, with the things that we can see with our physical two eyes and the interstate and our energy. So when we sit in meditation, we are allowing our energy to go inward. And this is where real change happens in the day. This is where we’re more in tune with our body and our hunger and our food cravings and our food needs, and our ability to be less reactive and to be more responsive and to be just in a higher state of attunement throughout the day. So I really encourage you to start with that morning practice. And then as you want to build, after you get those two steps, then you can start to expand Marta into perhaps adding SBO probiotics in the morning. We have some amazing ones at Luna that, you know, if you’re interested, you can check out that are clinically researched.
Kimberly: 07:24 They’re amazing for being an effective way to really supply yourself with probiotics that are resident forming that will, um, come into your gut and help heal, you know, issues with, uh, dysbiosis. They help to, uh, strengthen your microbiome, your moods, your neurotransmitters, your skin, health, your digestion, all different parts of your body. And then you could add the glowing green smoothie, which is a recipe also on our site that you can find. And again, we build from there, but if you’re just getting started, if you’re just in the baby steps, I say hot with lemon and meditation, get that down. Then you’re bouncing inner and outer. And then again, we continue to build, it really is these small little practices that start to come in and they really do add up into big steps. But the key is foundational. If we’re starting to do haphazard things like, oh, I found this cool rat has to be here.
Kimberly: 08:24 And then, oh, I’m gonna try this one workout here, but then just sort of haphazard. Then it’s hard to get into a real regular routine. And it’s the routine. It’s the rhythm of our day. That becomes easier to maintain over time because we get into it and it just helps us flow along. We just start to get into the space instead of the overthinking, instead of all the decisions to make, it really becomes, um, part we integrated into part of our life. So try that very simple routine Marta, let me know how you do, and then you can continue to explore and build on, like I said, so thank you so much. My love for your question. Thank you for being here. I appreciate it very much.
Question #2 around the topic of: How To Create the Foundation for Becoming Your True Self: I grew up in an unstable environment and found emotional security by becoming the hero in my family. Now I feel like I’m locked into people-pleasing others and hiding behind a facade, with no idea how to express and live in my truth. How can I start to unlock myself from this identity?
Kimberly: 08:24 All right, let’s get to our second question today, which comes from Allison, who lives in Oregon. And my love you write my Northern neighbor. You write, I grew up in an unstable environment and found emotional security by becoming the hero in my family. Now, I feel like I’m locked into people, pleasing others and hiding behind a facade with no idea how to express and live in my truth. How can I start to unlock myself from this identity? So it’s interesting how we get to this point in our adulthood, where we create a space. I wanna congratulate you and acknowledge that even creating a space for this awareness of patterns is so powerful. And it is the of dissolving the patterns. It is the beginning of creating more freedom. It’s the shadow work that we talk of that I discuss in the new book. I believe it’s, um, you know, part of it’s in chapter two, the fear chapter, also the whole chapter, we need to get our fears out of the shadows.
Kimberly: 10:16 We need to understand our of patterns because the patterns of trying to be a certain way and creating identities come from fear, fear of, you know, wanting to be okay. So the fear drives us to create safety and security, which then we create these patterns is these coping mechanisms, which then we realize at a certain point, hopefully as we do this work are not healthy and not sustainable. So for me, my emotional security that I learned as a child was clinging to externals, having things to show, uh, grades, you know, was a big thing for me, also a skinny body, you know, things that could be seen to prove my, and then I started to crack over the past few years and realize, oh, this isn’t my truth. And this doesn’t really feel good to me. So what I’ll say, Allison is, you know, going through this, this, um, structure that I share in the new book and the way the, the new book you are more think you are, is designed is to really get you to that truth.
Kimberly: 11:23 So number one is getting the blocks out of the way. And the number one is fear. A big one is also believing that we’re not whole believing that we’re not good enough, which is something I cover in the whole chapter. So I encourage you to go through this process, which number one, seeing the blocks, seeing, okay, here are my fears. And this is, you know, this is how I’ve projected my pain. These are some of the, the safety and the coping me mechanisms that I’ve created. And then part two, the next part in living your truth is starting to sink into, oh, well, I thought I was this, but really, um, I need space and I need stillness to feel into who I am and that requires practices. And that’s what part two of the book is about. And then part three is how do I live this?
Kimberly: 12:18 After we’ve gotten past some of the blocks after we’ve embodied, you know, some of the, the intuition and feeling into the piece that’s inside of us and the other attributes, then part three is then we start living the truth and we start expressing it. Then we start, we start speaking, acting behaving from that place of deeper self connection of your true self. Otherwise we’re still trying to create from this egoic place. And so we’ll continue to have resistance and blocks and we’ll continue to feel frustration and smallness. So for me, what that meant was I was feeling a lot of pain, a lot of suffering because so much of my worth was tied to external validation, which was constantly shifting. And so in order to get to that place of living in my truth, now I had to face myself, I had to face these patterns and I, I had to sit in that darkness to be able to process it and go through the fear.
Kimberly: 13:24 And so that’s part of what I share in this fearlessness chapter is that as a society we’re taught to go away from fear. We’re taught to go from darkness and to go away from discomfort, we’re taught to distract and maybe do something happy, like go to the spa, get our nails done, or watch YouTube, or have a glass of wine. And there’s nothing inherently wrong with any of these things per se. But then we don’t really heal. Um, these patterns, like you said, Allison become being a hero. And then realizing that I’ve created this, I’ve constructed this false sense of who I am and now it’s starting to crumble and who am I underneath? And so we need to sit in that it’s like a new seed that’s in the ground. And it’s really scary at first, but it starts to might find its way.
Kimberly: 14:15 It starts to push up towards the, through the dark soil. And eventually when we keep breathing and using these practices, we start to find the light through the darkness. And so I really encourage you, Allison, uh, especially to read the new book, you are more than you think you are, because I understand what it’s like to have this constructed identity crumble. I understand what it’s like to, ah, realize I’ve built so much on this falsehood, these false ideas that my adolescent brain created in childhood, and they’re really not true and they’re really limiting. So please check out the book, my love and, um, also our app and our circle there’s and the practical enlightenment meditations, just starting to create this awareness. This is a really beautiful time. The journaling exercises, again, just the, the practices. I, I say this because there’s so much depth there for you in the book to explore.
Kimberly: 15:12 And I think that, you know, as a community, for those of you that are writing in with these sorts of similar ego, um, crises, I think, oh my gosh, this is the best possible thing that could happen because it is through these periods of pain and cracking, open that on the other side, there is credible, um, it’s an up-leveling of peace and expansion. And so I’ve been through these dark periods myself and I recently went through another one and on the other side there’s oh, wow. That falsehood cracked away. And now I have more space and more joy from nothing specific joy from being here and living and breathing. So check it out. Allison, let me know how you do keep in touch with me and thank you so much for coming into our community and sharing. And I appreciate you so much.
Break
Kimberly: 16:07 All right. My loves, we have two more questions for you on this topic and I can’t wait to get into it right after the short break that we’re gonna take right now.
All right. My loves, we have two more questions for you on this topic, how to create the foundation for becoming your true self. And I just wanna share, um, before we get into the questions that from a food perspective, when we crack past the, uh, like all the ways that we’ve seen food in different ways, ways, you know, to shift our moods, the sugar, the temporary highs, the enemy of food that I used to think that it was because it made, you know, so-called fat and it, it, it was this struggle for me. We start to realize that, oh, you know, food can be this way to support me and my true self and my, um, authenticity and my energy.
Kimberly: 17:28 And the way that we can look at food in this way is, um, about this, this month in our Solluna Circle or online community, deeply nourishing fresh and simple, so deeply nourishing so that it is of quality ingredients, ideally, mostly or all plant based, which are packed with fiber and nutrients and vitamins and antioxidants, and all these wonderful compounds prepared with love and the freshness to support our vitality and the simplicity. So that is easy to digest and assimilate so that we are supporting ourselves on this journey, me back to truth and emotional wellbeing and mental health. And so we can use food in this way and go back to, you know, again, is it fresh? Is it deeply nourishing? Is it simple as a way to support ourselves into creating this foundation? Food is energy. And so it really does all work together. And I keep coming back to this full circle, more and more in my works and there’s periods where I talk more about the spiritual and the meditation.
Kimberly: 18:40 And then of course, earlier in my career, I was primarily focusing on just food, but now the most powerful path is this integration of all, all of the parts of our lifestyle and coming to see that we get the best results when we don’t think of things in these separate terms, but we think of it all interwoven and altogether. So think about food in this way, deeply nourishing, fresh and simple as a way to really support your personal growth and your authentic tick, true self coming forward in your true self-esteem rising more and more in this way of just being you. You’re amazing just for being you and really starting to embody that in the way that you live day to day.
Question #3 around the topic of: How To Create the Foundation for Becoming Your True Self: Something I like to incorporate into my journaling is to think back to when I was young and felt my most free, happy, and alive self. Then I write about the people, places, things, and activities that brought me the greatest joy while growing up. Do you think this simple remembering and reflection exercise can help put me deeply in touch with my original true self nature? What have you found most useful?
So our next question comes from Shauna who lives in Arizona and she writes something I like to corporate into my journaling is to think back to when I was young and I felt my most free, happy, and a alive self. Then I write about the people, places, things, and activities that brought me the greatest joy while growing up. Do you think this simple remembering and reflection exercise can help put me deeply in touch with my origin, true self nature? What have you found the most useful?
Kimberly: 19:58 So I love this Shauna. I think that this is first of all, thank you so much for your question. My love, I think that, um, you know, when we reflect back on practices and exercises and we share them and we talk about them, it’s really beautiful and can helped so many people. So this was something that I used to do myself. I used to think about, um, wow. I felt so good when I was backpacking around the world. And it was at that point the first time in my life, when I did feel similarly to what you’re saying here, free, happy life. And then there were times where I thought, oh, but if I could go on another trip, if I could travel like that, I could go back to that. But then what I realized later was that it wasn’t necessarily, it isn’t that we wanna create these times in the past when we felt good, because then we start to think, oh, I need this exact situation for me to feel those feelings.
Kimberly: 21:02 And then we’re still chasing. Right. What I think it is. Shauna is more when we look back on those times, you know, what, what was it that allowed us to go into that freedom? Right. And so for me, I can say, I felt so great when I was backpacking because I was less tied to the external validation. I was just living. I wasn’t tied to people thinking, you know, having people having to think I was smart because I got the best grade in the class. I wasn’t obsessed with my class rank. I wasn’t over controlling and manipulating and constantly worried about the future. My mind wasn’t always spinning because I was in this present state and I was just in awe. I was looking around, I was traveling the world. I was in the most, a free place that I had been. So then when I reflect back and then I think of my life now, I think, oh, I don’t have to backpack to experience that.
Kimberly: 21:58 It’s up to me, moment to moment to let go of these things. These externals that I think are so important on some level still, you know, I’m still in the healing like at all of us. And so it’s moment to moment going into these practices like meditation, um, like, uh, you know, the one that I share in the, um, peace now, uh, or in the peace chapter, the peace now practice of really finding peace in this present moment without how having to have an outside circumstance without something happening with our family, or, you know, an email or something on social media, but just within ourselves. So what I find is, you know, it is nice to reflect back on those times, but to introspect deeper, Shauna, you know, what was it in those moments? Was it that, you know, you were seen as yourself, you felt yourself, you weren’t attached, you weren’t overthinking you.
Kimberly: 22:56 Weren’t just, you know, so into thinking, what other people thought of you? Like, what was it in those moments? Right. And to think about that in a more expanded way, and then going back to the expanded soul nature, realizing more and more that we don’t need things outside of ourselves. So that is, I think, you know, again, the power of reflecting back of, you know, you know, what, what I had, what had I let go of in those times. So it teaches us in this moment, you know, what is making me feel so oppressed right now? What is making me so anxious? What is making me so unhappy? And then we see it’s our thoughts and it’s our own beliefs and it’s our own stories and it’s our own narratives. So more by more, we choose to let go, we let go. We let go.
Kimberly: 23:48 We let this feeling go, which to get another practice. And the book is just leaning in and then literally choosing a different way. So it is these practices that we come back to that it makes it easier to let go, because what the practices do is it allows us to have more space, this stepping back this less identification, this less, I am the fear. I am the feelings. I am this ego into the space that allows us to see, oh, it’s not so serious. And I don’t have to be so, um, wounded into these, you know, perceptions and, and the things that my, that my, um, ego is telling me who I am and what I am, and then freedom grows. So try that, Shauna, try exploring, um, more about what it was that you felt in those in those times, um, what was giving you that space?
Kimberly: 24:52 And you’ll see that it doesn’t have to be this specific recreation or living those moments, but that we can find that freedom right here right now, and we choose it. And then we start to grow more towards it. And that helps the cracking of letting go of everything that we’ve built around it. And it does get easier and easier over time. There’s ups and downs. I say, it’s still this, you know, four steps forward, two steps back, four steps forward. One step back, some weeks, four steps forward, three steps back some weeks, but we keep progressing. We just keep showing up and things do keep moving forward. So thank you so much. My love for your question. I appreciate it so much. And I appreciate you.
Question #4 around the topic of: How To Create the Foundation for Becoming Your True Self: Being in my 40’s I feel so conditioned by the various social systems we have been immersed in, from my family-of-origin to the cultural and social systems, and everything in between. If I were to start with one chapter of your new book, You Are More, that would help me explore what might be inhibiting me from living an emotionally honest and authentic life, which chapter would you suggest?
Kimberly: 24:52 So let’s move now to our final question, who comes from Clara, who lives in Washington and Clara writes being in my forties. I feel so conditioned by the various social systems. We have immersed in from my family of origin, to the cultural and social systems and everything in between. If you were to start with one chapter of my, of your new book, you are more than you think you are. That would help me explore. Might, might be inhibiting me from living an emotionally honest and authentic life. Which chapter would you suggest?
Kimberly: 26:07 And I’ll say, Clara, thank you so much. I think it’s incredible when we start waking up to the fact that, oh, we are living in many ways in a, in a cage and the self poached post cage. And it’s the journey of a lifetime to get back to the freedom. That is always true. Freedom as a always internal, right? It’s like when we hear these incredible transformation stories and, and things that happen to people in jail, sometimes when they dedicate those 20, 30 years of being in prison to self realization and meditation, and they, you know, some of them write books, like there’s just incredible things that can happen because you can create inner freedom no matter where you are in your life. What the environment is inner freedom is ours to be had if we choose a it. So again, Claire, what I have found is this three step process.
Kimberly: 27:07 I’ll repeat it again, which has worked so well for me because we don’t wanna jump to thinking, oh, well, now I can just, I’m inspired. I can manifest anything that I want. I am this, you know, amazing being all of that is true, but then we can still get stunted because we haven’t worked through the process. What keep has kept us small in the first place. So the process is part one get past the big blocks, like fear, like believing that love comes outside of ourselves, that you know, that, that we are lacking, that we’re not whole, all of this is one of the buck. Then part two is we have to come to know who we are. Once we remove the blocks, there becomes this question. Well, who am I? And how do I live? And how do I create safety and security and, and all these things I realize weren’t true.
Kimberly: 27:58 So how do I live now? So then we get into this space where we sink into the intuition and we seek into the deeper knowing and the chapters in part two, I’ve got the book right here, our peace, confidence, um, some meditation chapters and your intuition, your vitality and your beauty, true beauty. So we need to get to that place. We need to expand living in this embodied way. And then part three, three is then that’s when you live your authentic life. That’s when you step into your most powerful world, Clara as a co-creator part three is magnetism, affirmations, abundance, mantras, and the longest chapter of the book, you are creator and more about meditation, true self. So please read the book in order. It is not a hard read. The chapters are very short and you can really go through, but I can’t say it’s one thing again, that’s that fractured approach.
Kimberly: 28:53 It’s like picking which of the cornerstones am I going to take care of myself? And am I going to eat well? Am I gonna meditate? You know, why does it have to be one or the other? You know, we get the best results when we integrate wholeness whole. So please read the whole book. I promise you, it will be worth your time and it will not take you very long. And that’s my greatest advice. And this is the way I would tell myself, this is the way I wrote the book. All these ways that have helped me the most, the book is, you know, a compilation of these teachings, these ancient teachings. And it is this P descriptive way of living that if we skip a step, we don’t go through the process. We don’t go through the darkness and getting past the blocks involves us sitting in darkness.
Kimberly: 29:40 The darkness is beautiful thing because the darkness is uncomfortable. The darkness is where there is no light. The darkness shows us when we sit in it and we don’t run away. It teaches us, oh, this hurts so much because I’ve built these false securities that are now dropping away. I’ve built all these patterns in all these ways of living this, this life that is, um, doesn’t work anymore. And so this is how we really heal. We sit in the darkness, we breathe, we do the practices. And then finally we find a way through and we get stronger and resilient. And then that’s where we live in true authenticity. We can’t really be authentic completely when we have all this darkness that we’re not ready to face. It’s a little bit by little bit. We go in, we take care of ourselves. We start with basics.
Kimberly: 30:42 Like we started the podcast with when the Marta hot water with lemon, doing the meditation, and then more and more, more will be revealed to us, more will unfold. But I will say that the book is a very powerful guide for taking you through this process. If you do wanna create more freedom, if you do wanna open up to more true vitality and confidence and love it is their for you. So thank you so much. My loves,
Thought of the Week
I do wanna end by reading you a quote from the book. I will go to this fearlessness chapter here and, oh, sorry. I just, um, B B, B BBA. I just lost it for a little bit. Well, I’ll just pick a new one. I had it. And then I was reading the other parts and then I lost the page that I had, um, that, that I clicked on. But here it is, as cliche as it may sound, it is only by facing our fears that we have the chance to conquer them. You may not even be aware of some of the deep fears, unless you start exploring them within yourself, like repelling into the cave of your subconscious.
Kimberly: 32:01 It is only by facing your fears that we have the chance to conquer them. You may not even be aware of some of your deep fears, unless you go exploring them, like repelling into the cave of your subconscious. Sometimes we cling to patterns. We cling to a way of living because we’re so scared of the darkness. We don’t know what life could be like. And I’ll end by saying that, you know, what this brings up for me was, and I write about it in this chapter, the fear I had of leaving my prior relationship and going into the darkness of the unknown, into moving into this house on my own. I didn’t know what the rest of my life was gonna be. I didn’t know if I’d be a single mom for the rest of my life, but again, leaning into the darkness, breathing when we know that something isn’t right, we move forward.
Kimberly: 32:52 Even though we don’t know where we’re going, but we move into this unknown. And I just kept, I went really deep into these practices. This was four years ago now. And you know, the Genesis of this book was probably, you know, back then, and now where I am, I found this place of light and I’m still growing. But in that particular area, the light, the day to day joy of my family and my husband and this life that I’ve been able to create only by transcending fear is worth everything. So wherever you are, there feels like there’s a lot of darkness right now. And there’s a lot of fear and you’re confused. Just keep breathing, take keeping, keep taking these steps. And the light will start to calm, but we have to breathe. We have to make friends with the dark and the discomfort and find a way through.
Kimberly: 33:42 So thank you so much. I am here to support you. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Keep the questions coming. Be sure to read the new book. You are more than you think you are. And then come back to me with even deeper questions. And I love you so much. We’ll be back here Monday for our next solocast or you interview podcast. We have an amazing one. Actually. It’s going to be with my husband, John. So you definitely don’t wanna miss that one and yeah, take, keep taking great care. I’m here for you.
