I am wondering about fats! I know that this is a controversial topic and you recommend Beauty fats within the Beauty Detox lifestyle, like in avocados, coconut milk, chia seeds, etc. But I am wondering how much of these beauty fats are okay to have on a daily basis?

I work in healthcare and I recently had to take heavy antibiotics because I picked up a bad infection. Is all of the work I’ve done restoring my gut health ruined? Do you have any tips?

If I have blueberries every morning in my smoothie, is it possible to become resistant to them after a while? What do you think about this? Should we be mixing up the ingredients in the GGS to avoid resistance to some of the ingredients?
