Today, I’m going to be covering some tips and strategies for really getting past this pain, which is very real. And if we don’t deal with it adequately, it can very much accrue in stress in our bodies, in stored trauma in our bodies.
It can affect everything from our hormones to our metabolism, our sleep, our adrenal, nervous system, even our endocrine system. Everything can be very adversely affected by undealt grief.
