Now if you an avocado-lover like I am then there is no way you want to skimp out on these green gems this Cinco de Mayo! I can’t ever seem to get enough of these guys. Eating avocados is an amazing way to nourish your skin health and maintain a youthful glow. They are full of compounds that are rich in skin-smoothing beauty vitamins, A, C, and K! And did you know that avocados avocado have one of the highest amino acid contents of all fruit? Well now you know :) Amino acids bond together to make protein so you can understand why I just had to add avocado into this recipe! Start your Cinco de Mayo morning off right and enjoy my Avocado Green Sprout Smoothie Bowl Recipe.
Tempeh Taco “Meat” Salad with Cashew Sour Cream Recipe
Taco salad is a classic recipe that can really hit the spot this Cinco de Mayo. And instead of loading this recipe with your traditional taco salad ingredients, I’ve added a fun twist to make sure this is plant based and properly food combined! My Tempeh Taco “Meat” Salad recipe is complete enough to serve as a whole meal. It is both meat- and dairy-free, yet has all the creamy and dense protein textures of a traditional Mexican salad. The deliciousness is there, with the added bonus that it’s supportive to our bodies. And with a secondary bonus, you will have lots of yummy leftover Cashew Sour Cream after making this recipe. Be sure to store it in your fridge and enjoy the extras tomorrow by dipping your favorite veggies sticks in it!
Raw Organic Sweet Corn Salsa Recipe
If you are going to a celebration at a friend’s house this Cinco de Mayo, bring my Raw Organic Sweet Corn recipe to share! This is super easy to make and so tasty that everyone will be asking for more. Word to the wise, you may just want to double the recipe for that reason! :) Corn has a lot of fiber and natural enzymes, and what I love about organic white corn is that you don’t need to cook it (making it juicier in my opinion). It actually would be a great idea not to cook it, especially in this recipe— keeping the enzymes intact and digesting much easier. Corn also has Vitamin C, which will be preserved if you eat it raw.

It wouldn’t be a fiesta this Cinco de Mayo without enjoying some delicious tacos! And one thing you need to know Beauties is that tacos come in all shapes and sizes. So instead of thinking you have to fill your taco with the traditional meat and cheese, it’s time you get creative and have fun with this dish! That’s exactly how I came upon making my Shiitake Asada Taco recipe. The combination of ingredients in my Shiitake Asada Tacos will help you decrease inflammation as well as give you energy. Think of this as your bloat-free taco recipe, with a huge bonus! What’s the bonus exactly? Well Beauties, this recipe will connect you with medicinal, amazing earthy mushrooms! Now that’s a huge plus for our health and our beauty!
