Hello KIm! My name is Roxanna and I am from Mexico City! First of all, thank you for all of your helpful and positive advice!!! I love your books and podcast so much!!! they have impacted my life in such a positive way! I was wondering if you could please help me I am pretty good about following the beauty detox lifestyle minus occasional sweets and gluten and I get a lot of headaches (sometimes migraines) and sometimes i notice neck or shoulder pain. I was wondering if you could help me out I don’t know if it is from my diet or more emotional (as i tend to stress sometimes)? Also, I miss your FB lives so much and was wondering if you are now doing them on IG?!!
