This week’s topic is: How To Connect with Your True Self and Discover Your Real Purpose
I am thrilled to talk about this topic today. Understanding how to connect to your true self is going to make the biggest difference in your life across all areas. When you start to live life from this different perspective, every single moment of your life shifts, because instead of living life from a limited place, you start to tap into something that is much greater and bigger than anything that you ever thought that you were.
And this true self power inside of you is inside each and every single one of us. It is expressed in different ways. It is individual to us, but it’s definitely there for you to access. And once you start learning how to do that, your whole life will open up in miraculous ways. I promise you this because I have experienced that as truth in my own life. And when I started to really connect with my true self, my life shifted more and more day by day, week by week, year by year.
It’s when I started to publish books. It’s when I started to experience real success in my career. It’s when I started to find real love, self-love and then soulmate love and create this amazing family. And I know if I can do it, you can do it too, because we all have that latent potential inside of us.
Have you been wondering about this very topic? If you want to know the answer to this question and 3 more sent in by Beauties just like you, listen now to find out!

Amy – Texas
I feel like I am going deeper in my meditation practice and have a greater sense of awakeness and connection to my wholeness. However, I find that as I sit in meditation I tend to just start talking to myself, more “prayer like” rather than letting my heart speak to me, and things get a little chaotic in my thoughts. Can you go over what meditation looks like for you? Do you start with breath work, affirmations, stillness, etc? How do I know that I’m hearing my heart and my true self and not my ego?
Ruby – Chicago
I’ve been at the same job for 10+ years now but have this strong pull to leave the corporate world and do something that brings me real joy. I just don’t know what that is and how to find it. Do you have some tips in this area to get me started?
Samantha – Washington

Kimberly: 00:01 Hi Beauties and welcome back to our Thursday, Q&A podcast where our topic today is How To Connect with Your True Self and Discover your Real Purpose. I am thrilled to talk about this topic today. Understanding how to connect to your true self is going to make the biggest difference in your life across all areas. Every breath you take, every move you make, just like that song. Not to get cheesy here, but literally when you start to live life from this different perspective, every single moment of your life shifts, because instead of living life from a limited place, you start to tap into something that is much, much, much greater and bigger than anything that you ever thought that you were. And this power inside of you, the true self power inside of you is inside each and every single one of us. It is expressed in different ways.
Kimberly: 01:01 It is individual to us, but it is definitely definitely there for you to access. And once you start learning how to do that, your whole life will open up in miraculous ways. I promise you this because I have experienced that as truth in my own life. And when I started to really connect with my true self, my life just shifted more and more day by day, week by week, year by year. It’s when I started to publish books. It’s when I started to experience real success in my career. It’s when I started to find real love self-love and then soulmate love and create this amazing family. And I know if I can do it, you can do it too, because we all have that latent potential inside of us. Thought of the Week
Kimberly: 02:59 Today. I want to start as well with a quote, our quote of the week. I’m going to say it at the top of the show. I’m also going to reiterate it at the end of the show. And this is actually from page eight of the new book. You were more than you think you are. It connects to our show topic today. The true self is the stable, loving, honest, courageous, peaceful, and creative intelligence that resides in each of us. This intelligence is something we call spirit love universal consciousness or God. It is the divine part of who you are.
Kimberly: 03:42 So much of the time we identify with the ego, the ego that is feeling the pull of different senses. The ego that is attuned to the outside world, the ego is what draws us into constant comparison, feeling, not enough, feeling competitive, clouding our intuition and making us feel like we’re not in many ways good enough, or we don’t have enough in order to succeed or to, to reach our fullest potential in whatever career or pursuit or anything, anything at all. So through very specific practices and techniques and some perspective shifts, we learn to connect to this other part of us. And so I will, I will share that I have experienced extreme self-doubt in my life started when I was young and it continued for many, many years. It continues to this day to some extent, but it’s, you know, 95% better. I will say if you know, we’re human.
Kimberly: 04:56 So we’re going to experience some stumbles along the way, but it is the techniques and the practices that we must do on a regular basis that keep us aligned to this inner part of us, to this very powerful, creative part of us. And when we do that, we don’t have to worry so much about what other people are doing. We don’t have to worry so much about comparing and contrasting and constantly evaluating and obsessing. We start to be more in flow. We start to live more in a flow state, and this is something again that is available to all of us. So I want to get into it today in a very practical way.
Question #1 around the topic of: How To Connect with Your True Self and Discover Your Real Purpose: I feel like I am going deeper in my meditation practice and have a greater sense of awakeness and connection to my wholeness.
Kimberly: So let’s get into the questions from our amazing community. And I’ll start to illustrate this more and more through your beautiful words and questions. First question comes from Amy, who lives in Texas and she writes, I feel like I’m going deeper in my meditation practice and have a greater of a weakness and connection to my wholeness. However, I find that as I sit in meditation, I tend to just start talking to myself more quote, prayer, like rather than letting my heart speak to me and things get a little chaotic. And my thoughts, can you go over what meditation looks like for you? Do you start with breath, work, affirmations, stillness, et cetera. How do I know I’m hearing my heart and my true self and not my ego.
Kimberly: 06:30 Wow. So Amy, thank you so much for this profound and in-depth question sending you such a huge, amazing hug embrace out there to Texas. I’m so grateful that we’re connected and I’m so grateful that we are connecting in this deeper way, talking about things that really really matter. That really make a huge, profound difference across our entire lives. So meditation is the way to experience the true self. We need to experience that knowingness inside of us, that inner connection. It’s not something that we can just think through with our mind. We need to really embody it in experience. So let me break down your question. You asked what is, what is my meditation look like? So I, excuse me, I offer a process called practical enlightenment meditation, and you can check these out. They are free. You can check out my whole process on either our app, my soluna.com.
Kimberly: 07:35 There’s a little tab for meditations or on our website, my soluna.com. Um, so this is there is the Soluna app or the website, and these are free. I put them out every week and they’re sematic. So if you feel like you need a little bit of grounded-ness, there’s a meditation for grounding grounding. If you are looking to awaken more energy or solar energy or outward energy, there’s also a meditation on that. So all of them follow a pattern that I have found to really work and be effective in going deeper and deeper. And this is all inspired by my yoga guru, my spiritual guru, Paramatta, Honsa, yoga Nanda, who teaches a whole, um, Korea, a whole very specific yoga science called Kriya yoga. And if you want to go really deep into these teachings, I encourage you to check that out as well. You can find it at SRF yoga, nanda-srf.org.
Kimberly: 08:42 And there you can go very deep into, you know, much more detail, uh, ancient, uh, mazing techniques that have been passed on for centuries through this whole lineage of Kriya yogis. So I encourage you to check that out. What I teach is something that is simplified and accessible for modern life. It is also inspired by yoga Nanda, as I mentioned. And what I found is this three part process that really helps us go deeper into our connection with the true self, which is the purpose of meditation as outlined by the great yogis. Meditation is more than just relaxing and sitting with your eyes closed and quieting your thoughts. That’s part of it. But beyond that, we’re looking to connect in the word. Yoga means union. We are creating more union with ourselves and the true self, the divine part of us, again, this stable, loving part of us that’s inside of us.
Kimberly: 09:53 And the more we connect in the last we suffer, the less we are so drawn into all the ups and downs of daily life. The reactivities the pull of the ego, the voice of the critic inside of us that tells us that we’re not good enough that tells us that we’re fat. That we’re stupid, silly, whatever it is. So it’s very important. This will change. This will shift your entire life. This will shift your entire vibration. This will shift the feelings, the health of your, every cell of your body. You can actually actually start to look different. And this was my experience with the lightness that comes from this. You start to feel more light and look lighter in your body and in your face. It is so incredibly profound. And this is why I love to share it with you. So the three-star three step process is number one to, there’s always some sort of body work, some light movement.
Kimberly: 10:58 You do it right in your seat. We’re not talking about doing yoga asanas, but you move your body so that you, at the end of that movement, you’ve helped to set aside any restlessness. And you can just start to really relax down because the body can be a big distraction in meditation, as we all know, and can feel restless. You may have itches. You may want to shift around. So some body movements and very conscious body movement in the beginning is helpful. The second part of our process is some breath work, and this helps us to attune into our breath to start moving from external stimuli, deeper and deeper internally, um, to the inside to this now moment. And then the third part of the process is where I introduce the seed intention starting with I am. And this creates a merging of our consciousness with the divine consciousness.
Kimberly: 11:57 This is a very important part of speaking down into the subconscious to help shift limiting beliefs, to help create more expansion. And what I encourage at the end of each of these practical enlightenment meditations, which are about seven minutes or so is you can sit there a longer and longer and just be in that space, or we can close together in gratitude and prayer. If that feels good to you, but you can continue to sit. So that’s my process, Amy. The next part is where you ask about knowing if you’re in your heart versus the true self and the true self versus the ego. So the ego or the constructs of the thoughts. So the ego will tell you, okay, I got to gotta do this now. And I should be saying this. It starts to feel mechanical. It starts to feel more disconnected. Notice how I’m saying, feel versus think so.
Kimberly: 12:53 You know, you’re, you’re going into your true self. When you feel more, you feel from your heart, you feel Intuit, intuitive. Thoughts dropped in, perhaps what I call downloads, or you just feel more rising bliss. Yoga Nanda says that assign that meditation is becoming deeper and more effective is you will feel more peace. You will feel more bliss rising up from inside of you, not from anything else. And it doesn’t come overnight. And maybe it’s just, you know, a few moments or a few seconds, but the more we, we continue to practice, the more that experience of peace and bliss comes. So I encourage you Amy, to, to keep sitting, keep doing your practice. Don’t worry if it feels restless, don’t worry. If you’re starting to feel a bit mechanical saying, you know, prayers that you’ve memorized, you are sitting, you are putting right effort forward and over time that will continue to deepen and unfold. So I encourage you to keep doing what you’re doing, and please check out our practical nightmare meditations to see if they resonate with you and to see if they can help guide you on your journey, deeper and deeper into your heart. Thank you so much. My love sending you much, much love.
Question #2 around the topic of: How To Connect with Your True Self and Discover Your Real Purpose: I’ve been at the same job for 10+ years now but have this strong pull to leave the corporate world and do something that brings me real joy. I just don’t know what that is and how to find it. Do you have some tips in this area to get me started?
Kimberly: 13:52 All right. Our next question comes from Ruby who lives in Chicago and she writes, I’ve been at the same job for over 10 years now, but have this strong pull to leave the corporate world and do something that brings me real joy. I just don’t know what that is and how to find it. Do you have some tips in this area to get me started Ruby? My love, oh my gosh. Congratulations. The voice of the true self is starting to come through my love. So there is a entire chapter chapter 20 of you are more than you think you are.
Kimberly: 14:37 That is devoted to this. It is very in-depth. It is called you are a creator. And I take you through the process of feeling, um, intuiting your specific gifts. And it’s a whole series of practices and journaling and exercises into taking those gifts and starting to understand how you can create them into form and create your best ideas out into the world. So I will say that I am very excited for you to read the book. I think this, that chapter in particular was written with you in mind and you will really, really resonate with that at the same time. I can start to give you some information right now. So do not do not push down that urge to leave or to shift. That is the voice of the true self. Especially if it’s coming back time and time again, urging you. It’s a subtle push forward saying I’m not fulfilling my highest potential right now. There’s something else for me. So what I would encourage you to do is to start taking action on that right now, to what let’s say, 10 minutes a day, 20 minutes, a day, 30 minutes a day.
Kimberly: 15:48 And what you can start to do is you can just start to, first of all, meditate. And it’s the time after meditation. That’s very potent. That’s a time where your thoughts have settled more and you have more access to your intuition. So I would do your meditation practice. You can check out again, like I just said to Amy, the practical nightmare meditations, or any form that resonates with you, and I would keep your journal right next to you. So after you’re done meditating, he lasts yourself. The question, what direction should I go in? What am I passionate about right now? So just wait. Don’t think don’t use your thinking brain. Wait, wait, and see what comes up from your gut. See what comes up from inside of you. And don’t try to filter it. Don’t try to dull it down. Don’t use the thinking mind to say, oh, that’s unreasonable or, oh, it’s so crowded there.
Kimberly: 16:43 I don’t know if I can do that. Just stop with the mind. Just listen to your heart and see what rises up. Okay. Start writing. So you do that practice and if it feels a little bit blocked at first, you just keep going back to it and back to it. So when you start to get real clear, like, oh my gosh, what’s coming forward. I can’t, I can’t turn the dial down on this. I can’t turn it off. I really want to start my own website on, you know, I don’t know, XYZ on, um, you know, mom’s advice or, uh, new recipes, gluten-free recipes, or I want to start my own granola brand, or I just, I can’t shake this feeling that I really want to start my own independent consulting business or whatever it is. Once you become clear, and this may take a couple of sessions, then you start to take action, little steps moving you forward.
Kimberly: 17:43 So remember what I said, you want to spend 10, 20, 30 minutes a day on your new, you start to put energy in it. It starts to become like a snowball rolling down the hill. You don’t have to figure everything out, but every day you’re putting your energy. You’re putting your focus on what you want to create once you’ve clarified it. So within that 10 to 20, 30 minutes is that period after meditation of writing, thinking, feeling intuiting, okay, I’m clear. Now what I want to create. Now, let me buy a book on this subject. Let me start Googling. Let me Sue, see who can be helpful. Let me see if I need to take a course on this subject. Let me see. Um, if there’s someone in my list of context or a family friend or someone who I can pick their brain about this, maybe there’s someone I can DM on Instagram and, and reach out and ask them for advice.
Kimberly: 18:38 So every day you start to put out a little bit of effort, Ruby, and this is exactly what I did when I started out. When I got back from backpacking, I was trying many different jobs. And at the same time I was going back to, um, get my, my formal yoga training. So I could be a yoga teacher. And I was going back to nutrition school. And at the same time, there was a few months there that I had a corporate job and it was not fun. I was at a big beauty company. And every day during lunch, I was plotting how to leave. And every day I was taking, you know, 10, 20 minutes focusing on everything. I was, you know, going through books, how to write a book proposal. I was, you know, trying to learn how to put together. My, my WordPress blog, my free blog.
Kimberly: 19:34 I was researching. I was taking a class at the learning annex. I used to take a class from, you know, different literary agents to learn more about the book process. So it took some time for me to, to be able to get in the position where I could leave my job, but I was preparing and I was building energy every day. Sometimes we think, oh, I have to, you know, be here or be there. And there’s no in between. And I don’t think that’s, you know, sometimes it works out that way. But I think for a lot of us, there’s this building of energy. There’s this planning ahead. And that energy starts to become very, very powerful. We start to get a lot of knowledge. We start to lay out our plan. We start to get real strategic. And then it’s this flow from one area to the next.
Kimberly: 20:27 So try that Ruby, try just putting some effort into clarifying, you know, what you want to create and then putting the right effort into it day by day and watch where that takes you. And again, I can’t wait for you to re read chapter 20 because it could be a lot more in there for you. And I send you so much lost sister, and can’t wait to hear how things unfold. And can’t wait to hear about your big shift are my loves.
Break
Kimberly: We have two more questions for you after the break. So I will be right back in just a moment or two.
Kimberly: 21:05 All right. My loves, we are back. We have our first, our next two questions rather on this amazing topic, which I am so passionate about sharing with you about, because this is one of the big, big things. Perhaps the biggest thing that will change your entire life, how to connect to your true self and discover your real purpose. When you get this guys, when you start to go deeper into this, it is the ultimate game changer. The game changer does not come from changing your diet alone. It doesn’t come from winning some big award in your field or getting a promotion and getting some, some more money. It comes from this world is rooted. Connection changes, everything. It will change every single relationship in your life. It will help you find that real love that you’ve been seeking. It will help you create deep fulfillment in your career and your relationship with your children and your relationship with your environments and your neighbors and every breath in your body.
Question #3 around the topic of: How To Connect with Your True Self and Discover Your Real Purpose: Hi Kimberly! I recall you doing a podcast where you talked about clearing the blocks that hold us back. This is exactly how I’ve been feeling when it comes to imagining a life where I’m genuinely happy. I’m tired of being stuck and not taking action. Can you share any of your latest suggestions or tips?
Kimberly: 22:14 Everything guys, everything I’m really passionate about sharing about this. I have never written about this before. So I’m the most excited of this new book. You are more than you think you are than I have been about anything I’ve ever offered out into the world. So please check it out. It’s out there for you right now. You can, pre-order it get your first few chapters to read today. And in the meantime, let’s delve into this topic from questions from our amazing community. This one comes from Samantha who lives in Washington. Hello, my love out there in beautiful Washington. She writes, hi, Kimberly. I recall you doing a podcast where you talked about clearing the blocks that hold us back. This is exactly how I’ve been feeling when it comes to imagining a life where I’m genuinely happy. I’m tired of being stuck and not taking action. Can you share any of your latest thoughts around this, Samantha, thank you so much for your question. I understand what it feels like to feel blocked and to feel small and to feel limited.
Kimberly: 23:29 And I’m going to share a bit more here, and this is, this goes into some, um, real deep ancient teachings. And I have read a lot of different texts and I want to share some of that with you. And there’s, you know, this isn’t about religion. These are ancient texts on spirituality and awareness, and you’ll find in the new book that I share about my journey and all the different faith. So you can really be, um, open to awakening. You know, if you are Ignasi stick, if you are any religion, you can be Christian. You can be Jewish, you can be Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist. You know, it’s, it’s, it’s not that necessarily. It’s, it’s this awakening within all of us. And then the book though, I will say though, I, um, share passages from the Bible and I do share passages from the Bhagavad Gita and from the teachings of Rumi and Buddha to show that essentially underneath all of this, there is the oneness that connects us all.
Kimberly: 24:41 There is the one greater intelligence, whatever form, however we want to connect to it. We can call it universe source, spirit. God doesn’t matter what word we use. It doesn’t matter what form we, uh, or channel. We, we connect back in it’s, you know, there are universal truths that are available to all of us, of all faiths or no faith at all. And in this, in the ancient texts of India, the Vedas there is, um, there is written that we have our two physical eyes, obviously, right? We know that this is what’s looking out right now. So you look around, you see the room. If you’re driving in your car, you see the room at the road ahead. And the physical eyes sight is one of our senses. And the sense is about, you know, visual acuity. It keeps us from knocking into walls. It keeps us able to discern colors. We can see red light means stop.
Kimberly: 25:49 Uh, Greenlight means go so on and so forth. But because the physical eyes are tied to this physical world, the denseness of the physical world, the physical world is not all there is. And therefore the physical eyes do not see everything there is. So the reason I go into this is because we will feel blocked if we put all our power into just what our physical eyes see. So for instance, if we define ourselves, we see the number on the scale and we think that’s what we are. We’re going to feel blocked. If we look in our bank account today and we see with our physical eyes, oh, look, here’s the number that’s showing up on my computer screen. That’s in my bank will start to feel limited and small. I go. I wish there was more than that, right?
Kimberly: 26:42 So the way to get the blocks is to not try to, um, not to work in the same system, so to speak. So we’re not trying to unblock from the same place that has blocked us, meaning we’re not just trying to hustle and, you know, do the same things we’ve been doing to, you know, get more money or, you know, feel better about ourselves from the surface or whatever it is we can of course look to improve our appearance. And, you know, we work, we, we can, um, you know, do things to increase abundance, but in a different way, as I’m going to share with you. So what the ancient texts of the Vedas teach us is that we actually have a third eye, the spiritual eye. So it is between our eyes and a bit higher. And you cannot see it with your physical eyes.
Kimberly: 27:34 But as I mentioned in the book, as I talk about in detail in some of the meditation chapters, this is the place where we focus on when we meditate, moodra, it’s a type of a moodra positioning. So it’s, um, Szromba, moodra the inner gaze must be lifted. And we start to attune to a higher vision, to something deeper than what we can see with our fish, with our physical eyes. So this chakra, which is again, is the third eye chakra. I went into this a bit and beauty detox power is connected actually to our money, poor chakra, which is our center of personal power. Creating in life. Our business dealings are our way of being in the world. So if we are, if we’re blocked in our vision, it’s gonna, you know, block our actions in the world and vice versa. So Monday pore is, is located, um, at our upper abdomen, by the way, a couple inches above our belly button.
Kimberly: 28:43 So it’s very related our inner vision, connecting to the true self. And then our actions out in the world become aligned. We become guided. We start to feel a flow. We start to not really know why this person came into our mind, but then we start to into it. Oh yeah, this is the person to talk to. Or you just start to intuitively feel, oh yeah, I got an email. This person, I gotta do this. I gotta do this. There’s more divine connection. And so you have access to all this wisdom far beyond thought, far beyond just anything that you may have studied in school, you start to expand. And so Samantha, that’s the way to clear the blocks. This feels a little esoteric. What it means in a practical sense is you must learn to meditate in a really effective way where we sit and we start tuning in and we start to focus on our third eye more and more.
Kimberly: 29:41 And in that stillness of meditation more starts to come forth. That starts to dribble in, it starts to infiltrate all different areas of our life. So meditation isn’t just about relaxing for five minutes, 10 minutes. It starts to give us access to more knowing this throughout our whole life. So when I think again, I’ll say it again. When I started to meditate in this way, it’s when I started to have more insight into, oh, I got to do this, got to find an agent, got to use my will got to keep trying and trying and trying. This is, I want to publish a book. I could see the path laid out. And even though I got a lot of notes at first, definitely. So I didn’t feel blocked. There was moments of temporary frustration, but I felt all this energy coming in saying, no, I know this is going to happen.
Kimberly: 30:32 I know I have to just keep trying to go to this, go to that. And that’s the strength that you’re looking for, Samantha it’s inside of you. So you have to learn to just connect to it. You need to access it. So my greatest advice to you is to do our meditations or any that resonate morning and evening to get past the stuck period. And similarly to what I was mentioning to Ruby, I meditate in the morning in the evening, keep your journal next, next to you. And then afterwards. So to journal about right. Action. What right. Action. Do I, should I take, you know, maybe it’s oh, I got to really clean up my diet right now. Or maybe I need to start researching, you know, where else I can, I can go, what else I can do? What’s going to make me really joyful right now.
Kimberly: 31:20 I need to spend more time in nature. I need to learn a different exercise routine, whatever it is, start to meditate, connect, and then let that wisdom come through. You. Don’t try to sit and do it, you know, from your thinking mind, which is always going to be limited. Don’t just listen to what your friends are doing. You’ll listen to what, you know, a family member tells you. It has to come from inside of you, Samantha, and then you will, you will unblock your own life. So watch it my love. And I can’t wait to hear more about it as we go, as you continue to journey deeper and deeper into yourself.
Question #4 around the topic of: How To Connect with Your True Self and Discover Your Real Purpose: Is it possible to live my dream life when the world seems to be in complete chaos. It discourages me from finding what my true purpose is. :/
Kimberly: All right. My loves, next question comes from Cloudette, who lives in London? Hi, my love out there, sending you love over the ocean. She writes. Is it possible to live my dream life?
Kimberly: 32:05 When the world seems to be in complete chaos, it discouraged. It discourages me from finding what my true purpose is. So the answer clawed at my love is yes, do not worry about the outside world so much has emerged from chaos. There’s a, there’s a study in, um, there’s a, there was a reference rather in the new book, um, from, um, this amazing, uh, theory of synchronicity arising from chaos. And it’s talking about in nature. What’s, you know, seems chaotic. There’s this, you know, amazing flow that arises like fireflies starting to light up at the same time. And there’s all sorts of natural occurrences. So sometimes it’s in the chaos outside that forces us to go inside. It forces us to deepen. This is something we’ve seen with COVID around the world. There’s this deepening of people going inside and reevaluating their lives. So even though there’s a lot going on out there, Claudia, you have this amazing retreat center.
Kimberly: 33:10 You have this amazing shelter within yourself. And so you go inside and even, you know, now more than ever, the world needs you to bring forth your gifts. It is in times of darkness, where more light starts to come. It starts to emerge. The light is rising even as there is darkness and chaos. I feel that to be the truth. So everything I’ve said up to this point, Claude at you need to go in and connect to the true self, try our meditations, try creating more stillness in your life. Your true purpose is there for you, but you need to methodized your life. You need to create organized systems of spending time on the outside world and the inside world. And that’s why our morning routine, for instance, includes meditation. And it also includes making the Glowing Green Smoothie®. So we’re out there doing, we’re blending, we’re washing our veggies, and then we’re also connecting inside.
Kimberly: 34:08 We’re connecting inside. We’re listening to our breath every day as a regimented organized methodical system. That’s part of our morning routine evening routine, just as we’re showing up at work or answering emails or picking up our kid from school there’s activity outside, we all need to live in the world. And that’s very important to adhere to yet at the same time, we’re also paying attention and honoring our inner journey and the time that we spend on the inside. So it’s this inner outer balance Claude at that will give you your connection to your purpose. You will find it from within yourself. You need to be patient. You need to create that time and need to carve it out. No one else can give it to you, but it will come. And it will come from inside of you. When you start to listen, you clear the blocks of busy-ness access noise time to listen to the news, less perhaps time to turn off the TV, more or video, social media, more clear the way it doesn’t mean you have to be on.
Kimberly: 35:10 You can be on sometimes, but you need to clear the path for more stillness. You need to hone in with that light of self-awareness into yourself. More time to yourself, more time with your journal, more time in meditation, and then your purpose will come forward. That’s the only way. It’s the only way I know the most effective way has to come from inside of you. Then you know, that it truly is part of you. It truly is part. And with your true self, you are spirit individualized. So this is the passion, the energy of the true self speaking to you through that inner voice. So we need to clear the space in order to listen to her. So I encourage you to do that as a methodical system each and every day, quad it, and it will come forward. So thank you so much for your question. Thank you so much. My love, I send you all my love out there and please keep in touch in touch with me on how you are doing all right.
Thought of the Week
Kimberly: 36:19 My loves what an amazing show. I obviously am so passionate about this topic. I’m going to end once again with our quote, which is from it. Page eight of you are more than you think you are. The true self is the stable, loving, honest, courageous, peaceful, and creative intelligence that resides in each of us. This intelligence is something we call spirit love universal consciousness, or God. It is the divine part of who you are. Enlightenment is about freedom. It is about awakening to truth. And so the, the more we journey forward, we start to awaken up more and more to who we are. We are not just this limited little bundle of bones and skin so much more than that. Tune in meditate, find stillness connect. And from that, your wisdom will come forward and it’s inside of you. I know it is your true self will start to speak more and more to you.
