Feeling Good means we tune in to our bodies and our intuition, including making food and lifestyle choices to feel energized and beautiful, what serves us and what doesn’t, and being in flow along our unique journeys. Feeling good, by following our daily practices, naturally leads to also looking good, in a much more powerful way from glowing skin created from within, a beautifully strong body, radiant energy, and a level of peace and confidence from being in touch with our wholeness and being comfortable with our perfectly imperfect selves.

Why is it that some people have to work so much harder than others to achieve their health goals? I have a friend who is fit, has beautiful skin and gorgeous thick silky hair, yet, she eats everything and anything under the sun! It makes my heart drop into my stomach because it feels like I have to work so hard to get any results. It makes it hard for me to stay positive and strong sometimes. Please help.

I have a rather big following on Instagram, so I am constantly posting and putting myself out there. I receive so much positive feedback and kind words of acceptance; however, I also receive a lot of negative and judging comments from people. It is really hurtful to me and as I don’t want to stop what I am doing but I’m not sure how to stop letting it affect me so intensely.

When I do something I do it with 100% effort. When I recently began changing my diet and detoxing. I’ve found that I am becoming obsessive about it and if I ever slip up, I end up beating myself up.

I have a great life, healthy and happy children, a loving husband, a job I enjoy and yet I can’t shake this feeling that something is missing about myself. It makes me feel so terrible that I could ever think this because I know that I am very blessed. I just feel as if I am not doing enough as I could.
