I’ve been following you avidly for years now Kimberly and I’ve noticed your mindset around soy had changed a bit. Can you clear up any confusion around whether this should be a staple in our daily lives? I feel so guilty anytime I go to use it in my recipes.

While some experts claim that we aren’t meant to eat grains and others claiming that grains are the foundation of our food supply, it’s getting more difficult to know who to trust. What is your personal opinion on grains? To eat or not to eat? I’m so confused!

I’ve always been under the assumption that eggs are essential to our health. When I’m around my vegan friend she makes me feel bad about eating them – even when I choose the cage-free and organic brands. Any advice on how to handle these situations?
