Unfortunately, I’ve taken many antibiotics over the past several months due to a reoccurring infection. I’ve noticed myself experiencing acid reflux ever since. How can I heal my stomach and get rid of my acid reflux naturally?

I too have recently embarked on the amazing discovery of self-realization. I am dealing with a lot from my past that I have bottled up and am finding it so incredibly healing. I’m struggling with the fact that my partner isn’t on the same journey as me. I’m feeling disconnected and almost resentful that he isn’t willing to work on self-healing. I know that it is a process and everyone is on a different path but I can’t help but feel this way. Any advice?
