I’m curious what your thoughts on aluminum foil are? I’ve been using it to cook with for baking/roasting, etc. on my pans for a long time but have recently read that it has toxic qualities. What are your thoughts?

Hi! You guys mentioned an in-depth blog post about collagen supplements or collagen peptides while you were talking on the podcast, but I don’t see it linked in the show notes. A lot of my friends have been talking about using grass-fed collagen peptides and I’d love to hear more about what you think about them. I definitely hear that you can support collagen through eating fresh foods like berries, lemons, and leafy greens, but I’d like to know more about your viewpoints.
